This charming villa is located near Poreč, on the west coast of Istria, but has a wonderful private atmosphere. A modern house with antique charm, it has a beautiful garden with an outdoor kitchen, a dining terrace and an elegant swimming pool. The decor is simple and modern, with rustic elements that bring it to life. Open plan layout with a central living room and dining room opening directly onto the garden terrace and pool. The ground floor of the villa has large windows, plenty of light, a modern style fireplace and an excellent combination of contemporary and vintage wooden furniture.
Perfect for cutting lazy afternoons.
OUR ROOMS
On the ground floor of the villa there is one room with its own bathroom, which has access to the garden terrace and pool. Three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are tucked away on the first floor of the house, and each has an exit to the terrace.
With four bedrooms, with large beds, the villa is ideal for families or groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor of the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a ironing board and iron.

The entire villa is equipped with as many as 4 routers in order to use the internet in every part of the villa without interruption.

There is a playground in the courtyard, so that even the youngest can enjoy the contents of the villa.

In the courtyard, at the back of the villa, there is a parking lot for 4 cars with remote control, so that you can enjoy it safely and relaxed.
